CALIFORNIA — (News Release / LACSD) — Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Homicide detectives are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Abdulla Tario Camran, a 29 year-old male adult, who is wanted in connection to the murder of Victim Joie Nicole Kinney.
Victim Kinney was found dead inside a trash dumpster in the 8700 block of Beverly Boulevard, West Hollywood, on Wednesday, July 6, 2016.
The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner’s office determined Victim Kinney’s death a homicide.
The suspect, Abdulla Camran, is a transient who frequents homeless encampments throughout the City of Los Angeles and the West Hollywood area. Do not attempt to apprehend the suspect, and call 9-1-1 if located.
